Download the version recommended for your Windows computer and follow these steps.
Select the download marked Recommended for this device. Most computers use Windows x64. ARM64 is for ARM-based Windows PCs, and x32 is for older 32-bit computers.
After downloading, open your computer’s Downloads folder and double-click the RustDesk file.
Complete the installation. If RustDesk asks you to Install as Service, click it. This allows support to continue through restarts and permission prompts.
Open RustDesk and go to Settings > Security > Permanent Password.
Set your own permanent password. Use a password you can identify and do not reuse an important personal password.
Send your consultant the RustDesk ID and permanent password shown below.

Only share remote-access details with a LastOne Digital consultant you trust. Change or remove the permanent password after support if ongoing access is not required.
Mac Setup
Install RustDesk on Mac
Mac requires additional privacy permissions before remote viewing and control will work correctly.
Download Apple Silicon if your Mac has an M-series chip. Download Intel if About This Mac shows an Intel processor.
Open the downloaded DMG file and drag RustDesk into the Applications folder.
Open RustDesk from Applications. If macOS blocks it, open System Settings > Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway.
In System Settings > Privacy & Security, allow RustDesk under Accessibility and Screen Recording.
If keyboard or mouse control still does not work, also allow RustDesk under Input Monitoring.
Quit and reopen RustDesk after granting permissions. Restart the Mac if macOS says a restart is required.
In RustDesk, open Settings > Security > Permanent Password and set your own password.
Send your consultant your RustDesk ID and permanent password.

Only grant these permissions when you requested support. Only share your ID and password with a consultant you trust.
Android Setup
Install and Allow RustDesk on Android
Android menu names can differ slightly between Samsung, OPPO, Xiaomi, Huawei and other phones.
Screen Capture
Allows your consultant to see the phone screen.
Input Control
Allows remote taps, swipes and typing through Accessibility.
Draw Over Other Apps
Helps RustDesk remain available while other apps are open.
Background Usage
Reduces the chance of Android closing the support service.
Tap Download RustDesk for Android. When the download finishes, open RustDesk-Android.apk.
If Android blocks installation, tap Settings, enable Allow from this source for your browser, return to the installer and tap Install.
Open RustDesk and select Share Screen.
Enable Input Control. Tap Open System Setting, then find Accessibility > Installed Apps/Services > RustDesk Input and turn it on.
If RustDesk Input is greyed out or Android says it is restricted, open Settings > Apps > RustDesk > three-dot menu > Allow restricted settings. Then return and enable RustDesk Input.
Enable Screen Capture. If requested, allow Display over other apps, Appear on top or Draw over other apps. Return to RustDesk afterwards.
When Android asks what to share, choose Entire screen, then tap Start now or Allow.
Open RustDesk Settings > Enhancements. Enable Keep RustDesk background service, Start on boot and the Floating window option when they are available.
Open Android Settings > Apps > RustDesk > Battery. Select Unrestricted or enable Allow background activity. Also allow RustDesk notifications if requested.
Enable File Transfer only if your consultant needs to send or receive files. Enable Audio Capture only when audio support is required.
In RustDesk’s Share Screen area, open the three-dot menu, select Use permanent password, then Set permanent password.
Tap Start Service. Send your consultant the RustDesk ID and permanent password.

Screen-capture permission may need to be approved again after restarting the phone or stopping RustDesk. Android deliberately requires this for security.
AnyDesk Setup
Open AnyDesk on Windows
Keep these instructions open while the file downloads. Use AnyDesk only when your LastOne Digital consultant asks you to use it.
Wait for the download to finish. Then open the Downloads folder on your computer.
Find AnyDesk-Windows.exe and double-click it.
If Windows asks whether you want to run the file or allow changes, confirm that the file is AnyDesk and click Run or Yes.
When AnyDesk opens, look for Your Address. It is usually a group of numbers.
Send Your Address to your LastOne Digital consultant and keep AnyDesk open.
When the connection request appears, check that it is your consultant, then click Accept. Allow the requested screen, keyboard and mouse permissions so the consultant can help you.

Do not accept an unexpected connection. Do not set up unattended access or a permanent AnyDesk password unless your trusted consultant specifically explains why it is required.
TeamViewer QuickSupport Setup
Open TeamViewer QuickSupport on Windows
Keep these instructions open while the file downloads. Use TeamViewer only when your LastOne Digital consultant asks you to use it.
Wait for the download to finish. Then open the Downloads folder on your computer.
Find TeamViewer-QuickSupport-Windows-x64.exe and double-click it. QuickSupport normally opens without a full installation.
If Windows asks whether you want to run the file or allow changes, confirm that the file is TeamViewer QuickSupport and click Run or Yes.
Wait for TeamViewer QuickSupport to show Your ID and Password.
Send both details to your LastOne Digital consultant and leave the TeamViewer QuickSupport window open.
If a permission or connection message appears, read it and allow the trusted support session requested by your consultant.

Only share the current ID and password with the LastOne Digital consultant helping you. Close TeamViewer QuickSupport when the support session is finished.
