How Printing Works
A clear order process from quote to collection.
Request a quotation
Provide the required print items, quantity, size, finish and any supplied artwork. A formal quotation may require full name, business name, email address and physical address.
Confirm payment
Production begins once the agreed payment is made. EFT is accepted. ATM/teller cash deposits are not accepted. Cash drop-off may be arranged in advance.
Production
Normal printing turnaround is approximately 3–5 working days, depending on the product, stock and production capacity.
Rush work
Urgent 24-hour work may be available subject to production capacity. Rush fees are approximately R50–R150 depending on the order.
Collection or delivery
Collection is in Northdale, Pietermaritzburg at an arranged time. Local delivery may be arranged at the current guideline of R50 within 3 km and R70 within 5 km.
